I received my master's degree in Social Work from Columbia University, completed a three-year post-graduate program in Gestalt Therapy, worked with children and families for several years in East Harlem, and was the Assistant Director of a wellness clinic in Manhattan. I have over 10 years of experience as a therapist.

More importantly, I know firsthand what it’s like to feel like you have it so “together” in some ways, and in other moments feel completely stressed out and anxious.

I ran this for years and it only got worse in college, when I felt the weight of expectations for what life “should” look like. Plus, I was super sensitive growing up and absorbed everyone's energy like a sponge. 

Through the work I've done with myself, I've unpacked the messages of perfectionism. I also know what to say when someone says you're "too sensitive" (or you say this to yourself). 

It involves not apologizing for who you are. You're unique. There's a reason you're here. And you can have relationships that fill you up and without leaving you exhausted. 

I’ve completed 100+ hours of training in flower essences, an all-natural energetic remedy to support you in releasing anxieties, fears, and blocks. Additionally, I have training in gestalt, psychoanalytic, and attachment theory.

I'm not sure I need to talk to someone. Can our sessions help?

Maybe you've read self-help books and spoken to friends, but you still can’t get where you want to be. Working with someone one-on-one can be an excellent way to expedite reaching your goals.

Am I just going to vent?

No! While you can definitely talk, we'll be crystal clear about the goals you want to achieve in coming in. And your sessions will be tailored for you. No venting session after session, wondering if it's working, allowed.

How will I know it's working?

We'll check in every few weeks to make sure you're seeing real-life progress.

How can I pay for sessions?

Payment is due the day of the session and I accept all major credit cards.

Do you take insurance?

No, I'm considered an "out-of-network provider," which means you can submit an invoice and possibly get reimbursed for sessions. I'll provide an invoice at the end of the month that you can submit. I'll happily walk you through the process.

What's your cancellation policy?

You can cancel sessions up to 24-hours at no charge. Cancellations made within 24-hours will be charged the full session cost.

Will I feel comfortable?

I hold a non-judgmental, compassionate space for you when we meet. You're the expert on you, and I'm here to support you on getting to know yourself in deeper way to make the changes you want.

How will I know I'm ready?

You might feel tired of all the "old ways" you have of doing things and feel ready for something more. You can set up a complimentary 20-minute phone or video call with me. I’m happy to answer any questions you have.
