I support sensitive and empathic people in developing emotional balance, self-trust, and healthier relationship patterns through flower essence coaching.
My work is grounded in over 100 hours of specialized training in flower essences — natural energetic remedies that gently support emotional regulation, intuition, and nervous system balance. I’m especially drawn to this work for its ability to create meaningful emotional shifts without forcing change or overriding sensitivity. Instead, flower essences work in a way that honors the depth, intuition, and emotional awareness that sensitive individuals naturally carry.
My approach is also informed by a strong traditional foundation. I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Columbia University and completed advanced postgraduate training in Gestalt Therapy, along with study in attachment-based and psychoanalytic perspectives. While I no longer practice psychotherapy, my background shapes the depth, structure, and emotional safety I bring to coaching.
Beyond formal training, my work is deeply personal.
I’m a wife and mother who was raised in California, spent over a decade living and working in New York City, and now call Tennessee home. These different chapters of my life have shaped my understanding of transitions, identity, relationships, and what it means to create a life that feels aligned rather than simply expected.
I know what it feels like to appear capable and put together on the outside while internally navigating anxiety, pressure, and perfectionism. Growing up as a highly sensitive person, I absorbed emotional environments deeply and often felt responsible for maintaining harmony around me. For years, I struggled with balancing external expectations with my own emotional needs and intuitive knowing.
Through my own journey, I discovered that sensitivity is not a weakness to overcome, but a powerful strength when properly supported. Sensitivity brings emotional depth, strong intuition, compassion, and insight — but without the right tools and support, it can also lead to overwhelm, self-doubt, and burnout.
This understanding is at the heart of my work.
Today, I specialize in supporting sensitive and empathic people who want to feel more confident in themselves, set boundaries without guilt, trust their intuition, and experience relationships that feel nourishing rather than depleting. My work blends grounded emotional understanding with holistic support, creating a gentle but transformative coaching experience.
