I'm not sure I need to come in and talk to someone, but I'm feeling pretty stuck. Can our sessions help? 

Maybe you've read self-help books, spoken to friends and yet, you still can't get "unstuck."  Sometimes, the only way to really expedite reaching your goals is to work with someone one-on-one for a personalized approach. 

 

What's it like the first time we meet? Do I have to bring anything? 

You can just bring yourself the first time we meet or do sessions over the phone. But you can also write down a list of things you want to focus on as well! 

 

What will we talk about? 

You can talk about the daily stuff going on in your life - work stressors, how you're sleeping. And you can also talk about deeper struggles like relationship issues and whether you're in the career you want to be in. Each session will be customized to meet your needs and will likely be a blend of daily topics and deeper goals. 

 

How can I pay for sessions? 

You can pay for sessions with venmo, credit card, check or cash.

 

Do you take insurance? 

I'm considered an "out of network provider" for insurance companies, which means you can submit an invoice and possibly get reimbursed for sessions. I'll provide an invoice for you at the end of the month and happily walk you through the process.

 

What's your cancellation policy? 

You can cancel sessions up to 24-hours with no charge. Cancellations made within 24-hours will be charged the full cost of service. 

 

Do you offer phone sessions if I don't live in NYC? 

Yes! We can "meet" over the phone or via Skype.

 

How will I know if it's working? 

Every few sessions, we'll check in to make sure things are progressing. I always encourage an open dialogue about how you feel our sessions are supporting you. 

 

How many times will we meet? 

Some people like to come in for a batch of six sessions, while others like the support of sessions throughout the year. We'll discuss what works for you. 

 

I'm interested in sessions, but I'm not sure I'm ready to commit. How will I know when I'm ready? 

I know it can be hard to know when you're ready to commit to something, especially if you don't know the person yet (me!) and you're not sure if it will 100% help you. You can set up a complimentary 15-minute phone call with me and I'll be happy to answer your questions. You can also sign-up for my newsletter that goes out a couple times a month to get a sense of my approach before you come in. You’ll get a free mini meditation of my voice when you do!
